How to Convert MSG files to DOC format
Check out the following steps to know how to convert Outlook MSG files into MS DOC format in few clicks
To Start MSG to DOC Converter: Go to start menu >> All program >> Birdie MSG to DOC Converter, after installation, software will show you a Start up Screen.
Add MSG File Folder –In software first screen, there are two options to convert MSG file to PST format. Choose any one option as per your need and convert Outlook MSG to MS DOC format.
1. Single Conversion -Click on "Add MSG File(s)" button for converting MSG files one by one to DOC format. Here you can also convert more than single MSG file, by using "Ctrl+Click".
2. Batch Conversion -For batch conversion of MSG files to DOC format, you must save all the MSG files in one folder, and then browse it by clicking on "Add Folder having MSG File(s)" button.
Check Added List - After adding MSG file for conversion, software pop up message to check numbers of files Added to list.
Option to Renaming file - Now you can choose any "File Naming Option" to save converted DOC file. If you want to keep messages with original name, then choose the "Original File Name" option.
Converted File Creation date option
Maintain Original File Creation, Modified Dates - If you select this option, the software will save the files with its modification or creation dates.
Maintain Email Message Date - If you go with this option then, the date of converted DOC file remain same date of receiving emails.
Convert Messages - After completing all the above steps you can to start the conversion by clicking on "Convert Messages" button and then browse the folder or location where you want save the converted DOC file.
