Save time by converting multiple EMLX files at once using the batch mode. First save all EMLX files in 1 folder after that using the Add Folder having EMLX File(s) button select that folder. Also; single file conversion mode is available and for that use Add EMLX file(s) button.
To save Mac Mail emails there are 6 File Naming options. To keep original name choose "Use Original File Name", other available options are: subject + date, sender + subject + date, date + from + subject, date (yy-mm-dd) + subject+ from etc.
The Mac OS X email client series (Tiger, Mountain Lion, Snow Leopard, Leopard, etc) keeps there emails in EMLX file format. If your mails are also in EMLX than do not worry this software also supports to convert EMLX files into EML Desktop.
After conversion you can open the converted emails in all emails platforms that supports EML format, some known email client are; Windows Live Mail, Windows Mail, Outlook Express, Berkeley, The Bat, etc.
During conversion the software also proficiently saves all the attachments files embedded with the emails. Most importantly it does not change their format and keep them in their original format.
Keep mails RTF & HTML formatting absolutely intact, after conversion also you will have all the backgrounds, embedded images, color scheme, font-family, hyperlinks, signature, etc as it is.

A:No, you cannot perform conversion in Mac OS, to convert the .emlx files you will first need to move them in any Windows machine and there you can perform the conversion.
A: No, there is no requirement to have any email client installed for conversion. But to open & view the converted EML files you need to have an EML supportive application like – Live Mail, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, The Bat, etc.
A: In any Windows machine you can run its software. You can use Windows 8.1, 8, etc..
I was so relieved to finally find this tool. I have been searching for a way to get Mac OS X snow emails into Windows Live Mail; with this program I finally got a solution which resolved my problem in seconds.
