Steps to Convert Access files to Excel
In easy steps the whole working procedure has been explained, just go through it
Download Gthe program & install it on a Windows OS.
Launch from Start >> Program >> Birdie Access to Excel Converter
Use any of the 2 buttons to select files:
1. Add (.mdb) File(s): Select MDB files 1 by 1 using Ctrl+Click from the location where you have them saved.
2. Add Folder having File(s): Save all MDB files in a folder in advance then using this button select that folder for conversion.
Click on Convert Files: When you click on this button then you will have tochoose a location to save the converted Excel files, you can have a folder created in advance to save the XLS files.
You will be able to check the conversion progress
When it's over you will get the following message.
Open any File to see how it has been converted.
